Registration

• Registration becomes binding once submitted via email or form

• Full payment is required to confirm participation

Ticket Collection

• All passes (Full Pass & Party Pass) must be collected at the registration desk

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 14 days before the festival: 45% cancellation fee

• After this period: cancellation only possible with a replacement attendee

• The organisers are not responsible for personal belongings or clothing

• Participation is at your own risk, except where UK law applies
