1. Registration: Binding upon submission of registration data via email or form. Full payment is required.

2. Ticket Collection: All passes (Full Pass, Party Pass) must be collected at the registration desk.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations up to 14 days before the festival incur a 45% fee.

   • After this period, cancellations are only possible if a replacement attendee is provided.

4. Liability:

   • No responsibility for health or belongings, except as required by UK law.

   • No liability for clothes or personal items brought to the festival.

5. Acceptance: By registering, attendees agree to these terms.
