If you are a fan of music from northeast Brazil this is a "must have" for your collection. Luiz Gonzaga wrote over 3000 songs during his life. Some are funny, some are about heartbreaking poverty, some are just narrative about life in NE Brazil.
This DVD is a TV show made in the 1980s, but in the extras there is a clip from TV Tupi that must be from the 1950s.
In a word, wonderful!
